Returns and Shipping Policies
Complete customer satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your products within ten days of purchase, you may return the products to us for a refund or exchange. We do not charge restocking fees however shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are customers responsibility.
Recommendations by our staff are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for making the correct purchase. Many customers often leave out or forget important information regarding their application which hinders us from giving the proper recommendation. Our recommendations are only as good as the information with which we are provided.
If you wish to return a product within ten days, please notify our offices at 888-838-4017. A customer representative will issue a return number and provide shipping instructions. Please place the product back into the original packaging for shipping. Please note that custom made liners and underlay cannot be returned. In addition, unused portions of bulk products (i.e. pond liner, underlay and tubing) cannot be returned.
All warranties are limited to Just Liners, Inc. choice of replacement or refund of the cost of that particular product. Refunds will be prorated based on the product usage. Product Warranties will be voided if electrical cords have been cut. Just Liners, Inc. will handle warranty claims for products purchased through us.
Shipping 150 lb. or less:
Orders weighing 150 lb. or less are shipped UPS. Please allow 6-8 days shipping time excluding holidays and weekends. It is important that you inspect all packages carefully upon receipt. On the rare occasion that package has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept delivery, and notify us immediately. We will promptly ship replacement materials. Should you accept damaged goods by signing for them, the claim for damage becomes your responsibility, and we are then unable to assist you in processing this claim.
Shipping 151 lb. Or more:
Orders weighing 151 lb. or more are shipped common carrier. The shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Common carrier deliveries must be signed for, so please be available. In addition, the shipping company will not unload the merchandise. If the merchandise is too heavy to lift, it is your responsibility to provide the unloading method. Please allow 8-10 days shipping time excluding holidays and weekends. It is important that you inspect all freight carefully upon receipt. On the rare occasion that freight has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept delivery, and notify us immediately. We will promptly ship replacement materials. Should you accept damaged goods by signing for them, the claim for damage becomes your responsibility, and we are then unable to assist you in processing this claim. PLEASE INSPECT ROLLS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING. If the liner is damaged, refuse it and notify us immediately. IF THE LINER IS DAMAGED AND YOU SIGN FOR IT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE FREIGHT CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER, NO EXCEPTIONS!
TN Residents- All purchases made in the state of Tennesse must pay Tennessee sales tax. A representative from our company will call after orders are made verifying the amount of tax to be collected.
