Shipping and Return Policy

Orders weighing 150 lb. or less are shipped UPS or Fedex. Our goal is to ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days. It is important that you inspect all packages carefully upon receipt. On the rare occasion that package has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept delivery, and notify us immediately. We will promptly ship replacement materials.

Orders weighing 151 lb. or more are shipped common carrier. Please be sure that your delivery address will be able to accommodate a large semi truck allowing room for delivery and turn around. If your ship to address is inaccessible, you will be responsible for any change of address fees or re delivery fees.

The shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Common carrier deliveries must be signed for, so please be available. In addition, the shipping company will not unload the merchandise. If the merchandise is too heavy to lift, it is your responsibility to provide the unloading method. Lift gate services are available at additional cost.

It is important that you inspect all freight carefully upon receipt. On the rare occasion that freight has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept delivery, and notify us immediately. We will promptly ship replacement materials. Should you accept damaged goods by signing for them, the claim for damage becomes your responsibility, and we are then unable to assist you in processing this claim.

Keep in mind that shipping companies do not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times.

Shipping is not included in the price of the product unless otherwise stated. If you are interested in a shipment to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us and we will assist you. Items with free shipping only apply to shipments within the 48 continental states. We do not ship internationally due to due to customs regulations and paperwork.

We ask that you double check your shipping address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect or needs to be changed after an order leaves our warehouse, the customer will be held responsible for an additional fees incurred.


Warranty & Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product within ten days, please notify our offices at 888-838-4017. A customer representative will issue a return number and provide shipping instructions. Please place the product back into the original packaging for shipping. Please note that custom made liners and special order can not be returned.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Just Liners will handle warranty claims on most items purchased thru our company. There are a few manufacturers who choose to deal directly with the customer.

All defective products will be inspected upon return. Product warranties are voided if a cord has been cut , altered or damaged. All warranties are limited to Just Liners choice of product replacement or refund.

Recommendations by our staff are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for making the correct purchase. Many customers often leave out or forget important information regarding their application which hinders us from giving the proper recommendation. Our recommendations are only as good as the information with which we are provided.
