Q. Does the feeder only open at set times or can I set it
to feed when I want?
A. All of our Pet Mate Automatic Feeders can be set to feed
at the times you require - they are not fixed interval like
other automatic feeders.
Q. How many feeds do each of the feeders provide?
A. The C10 will automatically feed 1 meal at any time up to
1 day after it is set.The C20 will automatically feed 2 meals
at any time up to 2 days after it is set.The C50 will automatically
feed 4 meals at any time up to 4 days after it is set.
Q. How long will the battery last?
A.The AA / LR6 battery will provide over one year's continuous
use.
Q. Are the feeders easy to clean?
A. Yes, the feeders are all easy clean and have dishwasher
proof lids and bowls.
Q. What type of foods can I feed with the Pet Mate Automatic
Feeders?
A .Any type of pet food can be used in the feeder. The longer
period feeders (Cat Mate C20 and Cat Mate C50) are supplied
with ice packs to help keep the food fresh.
Q. Will my pet be able to get into the food bowls before the
timer opens the lids?
A. All feeders are designed to be as pet-tamper-proof as possible
and opened only when the timer allows.
Q. Are the feeders just for when I am out for the day or weekend?
A. As Pet Mate Automatic Feeders use the "small and often"
principal, they can be invaluable items on many different
occasions. These could include pets that require regular meals
for medical reasons, when a medication/food mix has to be
served at a set time, or for very young kittens and puppies.
Q. Do Pet Mate Automatic Feeders come with any guarantee?
A. Yes, all Pet Mate products come with a 3-year guarantee.
